Web Development

Dilemma

The AAS resolved to redesign their website to further their vision of transforming lives on the African continent through science.

My Role

I was tasked with developing their intranet, ensuring that it fit in with the fonts, colors and content of the AAS brand.

Solution

I used Bootstrap as the framework of choice and generated the static files using Jekyll.

Outcome

Referencing the provided design files as a guide, I used bootstrap to layout and build all the intranet pages, with Jekyll generating the resultant static files. After feedback rounds, testing and iterations, I supplied the final design to the development team for SharePoint integration.
