Design Process

Our process is collaborative, iterative and driven by intent. We hold various checkpoints during our process, presenting progress for review before each phase so we make sure that there are no surprises at the end.

1. Discovery

This is when the project kicks off. We work with you to understand what you are trying to achieve & what keeps you up at night. During this phase, we acquire data & insights about your business.

2. Planning

Here we decide what platform, channels or technologies are appropriate for your challenges. We develop a strategy or action plan, which will take us to the next phases.

3. Creative

We start looking for possible paths to reach your project’s objective. We use all of the information gathered up until now to push our focus in one direction towards a final concept.

4. Delivery

We’ll deliver the project concept or strategy, and walk you through the rationale and process we took to achieve this direction. Together, we’ll discuss your questions & feedback.
